The Executive Development Programme
The Executive Development Programme will be facilitated by AIM in the South African Police Service during 2006. Electronic Mentoring Support will be provided via this web page to the participants in this programme.
The Executive Development Programme covers four themes that will be facilitated in six sessions. These are:
- Theme 1 - Personal Excellence
- Theme 2 - Team Excellence
- Theme 3 - Management Excellence
- Theme 4 - Service Excellence
Electronic assistance is available to provide participants will learning support between sessions. Sessions participants will be working in syndicate teams in an action learning project which will focus on real issues in the SAPS environment. Individual assignments will also assist in the application of learning in the workplace.
