You will receive detailed information and feedback from an Aim professional to enrich your understanding of yourself and your challenges.
We also use electronic questionnaires and other assessment tools to identify your personal enablers. These refer to aspects such as your work-related knowledge and know-how, your drivers (including attitude and risk disposition) and your lifestyle (including health and exercise). If you want to know how others view you in your work environment, we develop a business-specific 360° questionnaire regarding work functioning and competencies, as well as the values evident from your behaviour. This electronic questionnaire is completed by you and colleagues who know you. We process this information and you receive in-depth professional feedback to help you improve your work performance.

The Aim individual Dashboard provides you with a compass for understanding your present position and finding your way ahead. It incorporates your personal information from the Unique Design™, psychometric assessment, personal enablers and 360° questionnaire. It provides insight into your personal business outcomes and measurement in relation to your potential as individual. The Dashboard is a colour-coded visual summary of your personal attributes, competencies and
functioning. Each area is coded as follows:
